The sweet summer love story Talley’s Folly has announced a one-week extension of its off-Broadway run at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. The play, starring Danny Burstein and Sarah Paulson, will now run through May 12.
Lanford Wilson’s Pulitzer Prize-winning dramedy tells the story of a Jewish accountant named Matt Friedman (Burstein) who returns to his Midwestern hometown after World War II in hopes of rekindling his romance with nurse Sally Talley (Paulson).
Michael Wilson directs the production, which features set design by Jeff Cowie, costume design by David Woolard and lighting design by Rui Rita.
